Any people with information regarding his whereabouts are urged to contact the Brewer Police Department.

UPDATE - Block was arrested on 10/16/04 by the Veazie Police Department. The Brewer Police Department has several pending charges to be lodged against Block : 2 Counts Burglary, 2 Counts Theft, and Aggravated Criminal Mischief. All of these charges stem from burglaries that occurred at the Brewer Shopping Center.
