2 Men Charged in Armed Robbery of Brewer Store 11/29/08
BREWER, Maine — Two men have been charged in connection with a Halloween night armed robbery at the Family Dollar store in Brewer, police Capt. Jason Moffitt said Friday.
Charles Dion, 20, of Glenburn and Jesse Hatch, 19, of Eddington spent Thanksgiving in Penobscot County Jail after being arrested on armed robbery charges late Wednesday. Read more here..

Man gets 76 months in prison after yearlong cocaine probe 10/28/08
BANGOR, Maine — A Florida man was sentenced Monday in U.S. District Court to more than six years in prison on drug charges.
Pedro Julio Rosario, also known as Justino Soto, 49, of Groveland Park, Fla., was sentenced to 76 months in prison for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine. Read more here..
Man pleads not guilty in drug case 10/24/08
